Virginia Forestry and Wildlife Group

The Virginia Forestry & Wildlife Group (VFWG) was founded in the summer of 2008 when its two principals, Brian Morse and Ches Goodall, combined forces to establish a natural resource consulting firm that would offer professional wildlife and forest management services to landowners throughout Virginia.  By integrating these two major elements of land management and applying the founders' individual expertise, experience and knowledge to natural resource conservation and management, VFWG can offer landowners a comprehensive, multiple-use strategy for managing their property.  Our mission is to help landowners find and implement holistic solutions to enhance the short and long-term health and productivity of their timberlands and native wildlife habitats and populations.  Our approach is based on a conservation-minded perspective that carefully considers the full costs and benefits of these different management actions.
